How you can help……….
Moving forward, the biggest challenge facing this farming area into the 2018/2019 financial year is unpredictable weather patterns and drought conditions. The biggest task for our Organisation is finding the funding to respond to this challenge.
Our ELFS Program relies on grants and funding from philanthropic organisations and partnerships with like-minded service clubs and individuals whose aim is to support farming communities. This funding isn't secure and each year we are motivated to find grants to continue our program, because we can see what's happening within our local rural areas and feel the anguish felt by farmers when it doesn't rain at the right times! Our program provides direct “on-the-ground” support to families struggling to put food on their tables.
With your generous assistance, we are able to help others with 100% of all monetary donations received, used to purchase groceries for emergency care hampers. While we can’t make it rain, it is a special feeling to know that we can make a difference in other ways.
